We went caravaning recently and made Mint Yoghurt and used as a dip with savoury biscuits. You could also use this as an accompany salad or a meat dish. Best of all it’s a One Pot Wonder so not as much washing up.
If you don’t have a stick blender you may need to make this at home before you hit the road.
