Honey Mustard Sauce
A sauce that’s quick, easy and oh so tasty!
Honey Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Chicken Stock
- 3 tbsp Honey (the stuff in the squeezy bottle is the easiest)
- 3 tbsp Seeded Mustard
- 3 tbsp Reduced-fat Sour Cream
Instructions
- Heat a medium fry pan over medium heat. Add the stock, honey & mustard. Stir for 3 minutes until combined & heated through.
- Add the sour cream and stir continuously for 2 minutes until combined.
- Serve over pork or vegetables.
Notes
This recipe is so simple yet very tasty. Place left overs in a plastic container in your fridge and use for lunch the next day.
