Prawn Mayo Wrap Filling
Here’s a healthy and tasty lunch idea that’s quick and easy to make.
Place the mixture in a store bought wrap or use as a sandwich filling. For the healthiest option roll the Cos leaves to make their own wrap. Enjoy.
Prawn Mayo Wrap Filling
Ingredients
- 100 g Prawns cooked & peeled
- 25 g Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Tomato Ketchup
- 8 Cherry Tomatoes quartered
- 1 Cos Lettuce
- 2 Baby Cucumbers sliced thickly
Instructions
- Separate 6 outer leaves and place on serving plates.
- Add the Mayonnaise and Ketchup to a bowl and mix together with a spoon.
- Add the tomatoes and cucumbers then toss through the mayonnaise / ketchup mixture. Add the sliced lettuce and toss to coat with the mixture.
- Spoon the salad mix evenly into the Cos leaves then top with the prawns.
