Honey Mustard Pork
Tender, tasty and very easy to make with only 5 ingredients. The sauce has a little tang to it which really lifts the dish.
Honey Mustard Pork
Ingredients
- 4 Pork Fillets
- 1 squirt Olive Oil Spray
- 3 tbsp Chicken Stock
- 3 tbsp Honey (local honey is the best, not the imported stuff with sugar syrup)
- 3 tbsp Seeded Mustard (I used wholegrain, medium heat)
- 3 tbsp Sour Cream (I used the reduced fat variety)
Instructions
- Heat a large heavy based frying pan over a medium heat.
- Season the pork then spray with olive oil and cook for 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from the pan and cover with foil to keep warm.
- Add the stock to the pan and stir to remove any caramalised bits of pork. Add the honey, mustard and sour cream and stir until well combined and heated through.
- Place one piece of pork on each of the four plates and drizzle with the honey mustard sauce. Serve with green beans and carrots.
