Beef Korma Noodles
Korma would have to be my families favourite curry. Its very mild and tasty. I usually do a Chicken Korma, Sausage Korma or Pork Korma so the Beef was a different version.
And rather than use the traditional rice I used noodles. Use whatever noodles you have in your cupboard even spaghetti would work OK.
Serve the Beef Korma over the noodles or do as I did and fold the Beef Korma into the noodles.
Like all curries it’s even better the next day.
Beef Korma Noodles
Ingredients
- 500 g Diced Beef don't get the 'heart smart' variety as it will be too tough
- 2 tsp Korma Paste I used Pataks

- 400 ml Coconut Cream
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice I just use the concentrated stuff in a little yellow bottle
- 200 g Dried Noodles your choice of style & variety
Instructions
- Place the beef in a large frying pan and gently for 10 minutes over a medium heat. Add the korma paste then stir to coat the beef. Add the mango chutney, the coconut cream and the lemon juice, then cook for another 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Cook the noodles according to the packet directions.
- Serve the Beef Korma over the noodles, or do as I do and stir the Beef Korma into the noodles.
